I'm curious as to what cities will be shown on the premiere this Thursday, but for now we know some of the city pairings.

By inductive reasoning, I believe Miami and Memphis will be an audition episode, along with LA and Seattle. This leaves the two other cities -- New York City and Denver -- as the other pair. Since NYC was the first audition date in November 2008, I'm going to assume NYC and Denver will be shown first on the premiere.
