My thoughts:
1. It's not the end of the world.
2. Even though she is a great choreographer and a huge SYTYCD asset, the door is now open for other just as amazing choreographers, as long as TPTB take the initiative to find them.
3. Nigel has given Mia an open invitation to come back and choreograph whenever she likes.
4. Travis Wall is choreographing Top 20 week.
